Paul graduated from the University of Florida, Cum Laude, with Honors, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management.

Paul then graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, graduating Cum Laude with Honors obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree. Paul was also the Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the UALR Law Review and also authored an article on 42 USC sec. 1983 cases. Paul was on the national trial advocacy/moot court competition team. Paul received a book award n Constitutional Law. During law school, Paul also clerked at the prestigious law firm of Friday, Eldridge and Clark, and was a member of the Inns of Court.

POST EDUCATION:

Paul is licensed to practice law in Florida, All state Federal Courts, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Paul received the Brevard County Bar Association Professionalism Award on 2004, and was invited to the Vassar B. Carlton Inns of Court.

Paul has successfully tried cases involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, police brutality, Corporate Contract disputes, criminal cases, and many other matters in both State and Federal court all over Florida. Paul has obtained Judgments over $14 million dollars. Paul has spent most of his practice zealously representing individuals, putting their needs first.
